What is In-Home Support Services?
In-Home Support Services is a CHCBS waiver program that provides Health Maintenance Activities to our pediatric patients. If your child requires medical care that would typically be provided in either a skilled nursing facility and/or an acute hospital this program can allow your child to receive that care at home.
